Stephen J. Cassels is a Senior Attorney with Chubb’s White Plains, New York House Counsel firm Varvaro, Cotter, Bender & Walthall. Stephen handles many types of cases from inception through trial and appeal. Stephen handles personal injury cases, including products liability, wrongful death, construction accident, premises liability, elevator, negligent security, and motor vehicle cases. Stephen also handles employment and directors and officers (D&O) cases. Prior to joining Chubb House Counsel, Stephen was an associate with a private law firm where he handled commercial litigation, personal injury cases, and prosecuted subrogation actions on behalf of insurers.
